Original Peter in association with the state51 conspiracy sell physical products, goods and services to you subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By using Original Peter, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. Your details will remain private. Prices

If you wish to convert Pounds into your local currency the following website will give you an indication of equivalent price: oanda.com.

Shipping

Your Original Peter Record Hunting bag will be delivered to you by express courier. You can choose different shipping options and check prices using the postage calculator in your Greedbag shopping basket.

Stock

We only sell brand new products, not used items. We carry a number of all items shown on the site in stock at all times and these can be despatched quickly. Given the hand-made nature of the Original Peter range, occasionally there may be a delay of up to 4-6 weeks while your bag is made to order. We will try and keep you informed of the progress of your order.

Delivery Time

When we have the items of your order in stock it is despatched quickly. In the UK we use a suitable courier service, for exports we use standard Air Mail unless instructed otherwise. We send you an email when your order has been despatched.

Orders should be with you within two days of despatch.
European customers
Orders should be with you within five days of despatch.
Rest of World customers
Orders should be with you within seven days of despatch.

Sending The Order

Find the item(s) you want using the site, and add the product(s) to the greedbag shopping basket. Press the order button, then fill in the order form with your details.

Please note, you will receive an order confirmation once your order has been accepted; this email will tell you that you’re due to receive a second email when we despatch your order. We only take the money from your account when your order is despatched.

Secure Web Order & Credit Card Payments

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch and Maestro cards for payment. Your card is debited only after the items are sent. Credit card fraud attempts will be reported to the authorities.

When entering credit card details TAKE GREAT CARE that they are correct as this is the most common way to delay your order. The credit card number is the long number across the middle of the card, (NOT the “Card No.” printed at the bottom) and should contain no letters. Enter the expiry date (NOT the “valid from” date). Switch/Maestro users must also include the issue number.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. It may be that your order has already been despatched so we are unable to stop it. We cannot guarantee to cancel items from an order. The only opportunity we have to cancel is when waiting for product that is out-of-stock. Cancellation requests must be sent by email, quoting your order number, to [email protected].

Guarantees and Returns

All items are guaranteed to be brand new and should reach you in perfect condition. We will only replace items that are defective, or sent in error. This is subject to the buyer notifying the company within five working days of receipt of the goods and giving a description of the damage / defect. Do not send items back without our permission.

You do however have the right to return items to us FOR ANY REASON within thirty days, and we will refund you for the original amount debited. Items must be unused and unopened.

Report faulty items by email to [email protected] and we will send you return instructions.

The Website

Obviously we want this website to be available around the world, 24/7 but this is not always possible. We will do our best to maintain access.

We publish the Original Peter website for the use and viewing of all interested parties, but its entire contents, text, data files and images are copyright and may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
